About Francis Ibhawoh Foundation

The Francis Ibhawoh Foundation was established in 2014 in honour of the late Francis Ehidiamen Ibhawoh by his family and friends.

Mr Francis Ibhawoh was a committed educationist and public servant. Born in 1938 in Uromi, Nigeria, he worked as a primary and secondary school teacher before proceeding to the University of Ibadan from where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History, Economics and French in 1968. Sales Academy Program

Requirements for Sales Academy Program Qualification

  • Maximum of 30 years by 30 June 2024.
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience in sales/marketing in a Microfinance Bank/Other Financial Institutions.
  • A good first degree or its equivalent from a reputable institution with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Book quality assets and ensure effective portfolio monitoring for early detection of defaults.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Win new accounts and resuscitate dormant relationships.
  • Market the bank’s products to meet customer needs.
  • Initiate development of products required to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing customers.
  • Ensure zero tolerance for inactive/dormant accounts.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the Business Manager
