Applications are open for the Education Pioneers Impact Fellowship 2024-2025. Education Pioneers provides a crucial entry point for skilled professionals to drive systems-level change in public education. Their Impact Fellowships train and develop high-potential leaders to make lasting contributions outside the classroom towards an excellent and equitable education for all students.
The Impact Fellowship provides talented high-potential leaders an opportunity to address critical challenges in the education sector in order to expand opportunity for students. They recruit professionals with skills in data analysis, strategy, and project management to partner with leading K-12 school districts, charter schools, and other education organizations. Their Fellows receive leadership development programming and support through cohort-based learning
Benefits
- Fellows receive a $58,000 stipend over the 10-month Fellowship, plus benefits (equivalent to an annual salary of ~$70,000)
Eligibility
- Applicants must be new to this Fellowship and available to complete the full program in person in one of the target cities.
- They should hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of full-time professional work experience.
- It is essential that applicants have authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis, with international students eligible if they do not require visa assistance.
- Above all, candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to EP’s mission along with a passion for public education.
