As a child who grew up in a populated community, working with people was my desire. At a tender age I realized how the sustainable growth of my country (Sierra Leone) has been trampled upon based on the fact that there is poor human relation skills between both the government and it’s people. Since I was at age 12 my parents pushed me into valued education because they were deprived from such opportunity, because of this disadvantage I was determined to learn and take everything seriously and put all my effort to complete my task of being ‘ An Administrator’ who seeks the feeling of the populance in my country.
Over the years I have developed numerous skills and qualities that I feel will be of benefit to my country. I am a solid communicator who understands the need to listen intently to the view of people whilst processing and using relevant informations. I possess exceptional researching and human relative skills and the ability to maintain human instinct.
Meanwhile, during my academic studies at senior level I developed more human management skills and always utilized a systematic approach in handling the instinct of people that ensures non-discriminatory and non-judgemental outcome was always achieved.
In addition to these skills, my positive nature, and ability to interact with people, taking into consideration their views and opinions means I would be an invaluable assest in improving human relationship in the world at large. Out of my academic studies, I also take my personal development seriously by visiting the library twice a week and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I am a resilient, confident and determined person who will always act as a role model amongst people. I considered myself to be a hard-working, self motivated and trustworthy person. I am flexible, adaptable and I work we’ll both in a team and on my own.
If I am successful in my application, I will consistently work smart and amicably with the thought, feeling of the people, to build a strong human relation.
